About the Firm
A boutique law firm in North Orange County, specializing exclusively in auto defense, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney. This trial-heavy practice is known for delivering exceptional legal representation and providing a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.


The firm is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of defense or personal injury litigation experience. This role offers significant trial exposure, professional growth opportunities, and the ability to manage cases independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cases independently from inception to resolution.
  • Prepare for and participate in trials, including second-chair opportunities.
  • Work with experts and collaborate with insurance carriers to reduce exposure risks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in defense or personal injury litigation, preferably civil litigation.
  • Trial preparation or second-chair trial experience is strongly preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter with a commitment to professional growth.
  • California State Bar license (required).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000 - $180,000/year (commensurate with experience).
